You can upload the required documents such as your resume, portfolio, or relevant work samples directly in the form.
2. Getting to Know You
After reviewing your application, our team will connect with you for a short call or online discussion. This is a friendly conversation where we understand your background, interests, and expectations. You are welcome to ask questions about the role, work culture, or growth opportunities.
3. Skill Review or Small Task
Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a small task or have a discussion around your skills and experience. This step helps us understand your approach and working style. We value practical understanding and effort more than perfection.
4.Final Discussion and Onboarding
In the final step, you will have a conversation with a core team member to discuss responsibilities, timelines, and next steps. Once everything aligns, we proceed with onboarding and welcome you to the Mr.Semester team.
